Kindly check your order while the courier is outside your door.  We do not accept returns or exchanges after the courier leaves unless the item you purchased is defective.

In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories: underwear, swimwear, lingerie, fragrances, health & beauty (such as skincare, make-up & cosmetics) or other products which are personal to your order.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at mavrxwear@gmail.com with details of the product and a picture of the defect.
In case of returns you are kindly requested to only pay the shipping fees.
